| 摘 要： | 随着大学逐年扩招．大学生就业问题已经凸显，在次贷危机的影响下更加加剧了大学生的求职恐慌。大学生为了提高就业成功率．越来越重视自身包装、公关等方面的花费．就业成本引起了社会的关注。本文针对华东理工大学商学院大三学生展开问卷调研．分析问题原因并对当代大学生就业如何降低成本给出建议。

| Abstract: | The problem of seeking for employment is becoming more and more apparent according to increasing enrollment of undergraduate year after year. Scare of finding a job is exacerbated under influence of sub-loan crisis. In order to improve the rate of success,undergraduate cost more in packaging and public relation.The cost gets attention of the society.The investigation of junior in School of Business in USST is researched in this paper. The reason of problem is analyzed.And also the suggestion of how to cut down the cost is given. |
