| 摘 要： | 本文通过模糊综合评价对大学生素质因子进行了集结和筛选,建立了大学生素质模型,然后重点运用层次分析法,对大学生素质模型指标体系赋予权重,求得各个指标之间的相对重要性,研究确定了大学生素质模型的4项一级指标和15项二级指标,从而为大学生素质教育提供理论指导,有助于进一步增强素质教育的针对性与实效性。

| Abstract: | The paper collected and selected college students＇ competency index by applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and constructed competency model for college students.Then,AHP was applied with the most emphasis to endow college students＇ competency index system with weights so that the relative significance of each index was available.In this way,four first-class indexes and fifteen second-class indexes of their competency model was confirmed,which provided theoretical instruction for college students＇ competency-oriented education. |
