| 摘 要： | 一项工作,我们如果只把它当成职业,就减少了工作的乐趣。教师的职业化会蒙蔽我们的心智,泯灭我们的本心,慢慢地有些教师就成了职业变态者。我们要想办法减少职业化对自己的危害,经常提醒自己跳出教师的职业看看自己的教育教学行为,尽量保持一颗平常之心、关爱之心和公正之心。对学生来说,我们做他们的教师只是一阵子的事,我们作为一个人却是一辈子的事。

| Abstract: | A job,if we just treat it as a profession,to reduce the work fun.Professional teachers will blind our mind,devoid of our original mind,and slowly some teachers to become professional perverts.We want to reduce occupational hazards of their own,constantly remind ourselves to see his career out of teacher education and teaching behavior,try to maintain a normal heart,love,heart and fair of the heart.For students,their teachers,we do things just for a while,we as a people have a lifetime thing. |
