摘 要: | 本文讨论了认知语言学中的概念隐喻理论及其在大学英语词汇教学当中所起的作用,指出大学英语教学应注意学生基本范畴词汇的提高,从认知的角度进行一词多义教学,并重视词汇文化内涵的教学。

Abstract: | The paper discusses conceptual metaphor theory of cognitive linguistics as well as its impact on College English vocabulary teaching.Teachers should attach more importance to the basic level category words and teaching polysemies from cognitive perspective in college English learning.Meanwhile,the cultural connotation of English words should be taken seriously. |
