摘    要:班级是学校的重要组成部分,是学生生活和学习的重要基地,在这里他们可以学习科学文化知识,有不同的朋友,学很多人生道理,这里是使他们的人生变得精彩的地方,因此班风如何将会直接影响孩子的成长。作为班级主要成员的班主任,不仅是授课老师,还是学生指导者,在学生成长历程中有不可比拟的作用。本文试从班主任的工作入手,简单探讨班主任在班风建设中如何发挥其重要作用,从而给学生一个和谐的班集体。

Abstract:Class is an important part of school and an important place of students' life and learning,where they can learn scientific and cultural knowledge.They can have different friends and learn a lot about life truth.Here also is a place where they can make their life wonderful.So the culture and atmosphere of a class will directly affect the growth of children.As the key member of a class,the teacher in charge of a class is not only a teacher but also a student guider,who will play an important part in the growth of students.This paper tries to discuss how teachers play a role to make a harmonious class in the contribution of the culture and atmosphere of a class from teachers' work.
