| 摘 要： | 随着高校办学规模逐渐扩大．二级学院的教学管理工作逐渐成为高校教学管理的基础和关键。面对新的发展形势，二级学院的教学管理需要有更深的内涵、更高的要求。文章主要论述了二级学院教学管理工作的内容体系．从实际情况出发．分析了当前高校二级学院教学管理工作面临的挑战．并提出了一些对策建议。
