| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆文献经费预算与分配问题的核心是方法问题。本文通过对近年来相关研究成果的述评,并根据笔者的研究与工作实践,论述了高校图书馆文献经费预算与分配的方法及各自的适用范围。在此基础上,提出了高校图书馆文献经费预算与分配的模式,即“模型 原则 综合平衡”的模式。
