| 摘 要： | 在剖析企业经理人力资本投入的构成及其相互关系的基础上,借鉴人力资本理论的最新发展,打开经理"能力"黑箱,研究经理人力资本的内部结构,建立了基于能力的经理人力资本结构模型,并进一步将经理人力资本投入与产出相联系,揭示了经理人力资本投入与产出的本质关系.

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of enterprise manager human capital elements and their relations,borrowing the new development of human capital theories,this article establishes a capability-based model of manager human capital structure,relates manager human capital investment with firm output,and reveals the essential relation between its input and output,through an elaboration of manager capability and study of the internal structure of the human capital. |
