| 摘 要： | 文章运用citespace可视化软件，绘制了SSCI数据库中1999—201O年间发表的以“talent$”为主题词的文献共引网络图谱，通过分析关键节点文献，对国际人才研究的前沿及其演化进行了初步探讨，发现国际人才研究传统上主要从心理学视角展开，近年来逐渐倾向从经济学角度开展研究，另外管理学和科学社会学也是两种补充研究思路。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the evolution and research fronts of talents through information visualization. Documents data by topic word ＂talents＂ from 1999 to 2010 was retrieved which is published by article type in English from the S SCI of Web of Science. Then, co-citation networks of international research on talents were drawn by informational visualization tool, CiteSpace. The map identifies some pivotal points to stand for the important theories, which promoted the development of international talents research. At last, we find that international research on talents is now gradually in the views of economics, while traditionally in psychology. Additionally, management and sociology of science are also two supplemental thinking way. |
