| 摘 要： | 大学生思想政治教育工作队伍建设存在的问题主要表现为机制不够健全、人员不够稳定、效果不够显著、素质不够适应等。面对进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的新任务、新要求、新形势,必须加强思想政治教育工作队伍的专业化、职业化建设。

| Abstract: | The construction of the work group of university students' thinking and political education has some problems,mainly including imperfect mechanism,instable personnel,unremarkable effect and inadaptable quality and so on.Under the circumstances of facing the new task,requirement and situation of further strengthening and improving university students' thinking and political education,the specialization and professionization construction of the work troop of university students' thinking and political education has to be strengthened. |
