| 摘 要： | 中小学教师继续教育实施几年来 ,取得了长足的发展和引人注目的成绩 ,但也因各种因素的制约 ,发展尚不平衡 ,存在一些亟待解决的问题。本文具体分析了中小学继续教育工作中存在的一些问题 ,提出了改进和完善的设想。

| Abstract: | Conrtinuous education for primary and secondary school teachers has made rapid progress and noticeable achievement after some years' execution,but the development is not so well-balanced with some restriction.This article analyzes some problems of continuous education in primary and sencondary schools and puts forward some tentative ideas to develope and improve it. |
