我国优秀少年女篮集训队员形态、机能和素质特征分析

摘    要:对全国优秀少年女篮集训队 3 5名运动员进行了身体形态、无氧代谢能力和身体素质的测试 ,结果表明与世界先进水平比较 ,她们在体重和高大锋线队员的人数上都存在差距 ;指距 /身高指数和体脂百分比等指标不甚理想 ;3 0s无氧功测试反映的无氧代谢能力较好 ;大部分身体素质都没有达标。提示应注意高大锋线队员的选拔培养 ,根据篮球运动的供能特点 ,调整饮食营养结构和训练手段保持合理的体脂百分比和进一步提高代谢能力 ,在身体素质发展的敏感期间 ,加大各项素质的训练力度 ,全面提高身体素质。

Abstract:It made a test on 35 elite female junior basketball players' physical build, function and the anaerobic metabolism with the result showing that compared with world level, there are gap in player's weight and the quality of high forwards between home and abroad; the indexes of longitude of upper limbs/height and physical fat are both ideal; the ability of 30s anaerobic metabolism is good but most players' physique did not meet the standard. It suggest we should pay attention to higher forwards' selecting and cultivation, adjust nutrition arranging and training methods, maintain rational percent of physical fat, improve their ability of anaerobic metabolism and endurance training should be strengthened in their grow-up period to improve their physique in all-round way.
