摘    要:班级环境对幼儿有着直接而深远的影响。与准备得尽善尽美的环境相比,班级环境适当留白,具有一定的非准备性,不仅可以为幼儿的自由与自主发展留下更大的空间,促进幼儿的真实表达和自我成长,而且可以促使教师深入认识幼儿学习的复杂性与差异性,进一步从幼儿的角度去思考班级环境的功能及其创设,充分发挥环境的教育价值。班级环境非准备性的实现,需要教师在确保环境的丰富性、组织性和目的性的前提下为幼儿留下一定的自主探究空间;需要教师坚信幼儿是有能力的学习者,鼓励和支持幼儿做班级环境的主人;需要教师关注幼儿学习与探索的持续性,依据幼儿的发展状态不断及时有效地调整班级环境,使之真正成为一个开放动态的教育生态系统。

Abstract:Kindergarten class environment has great impact on children’s development.Compared to a kind of perfect environment,class environment should have some blank to support children’s free exploration,expression and self-growth,which can deepen teachers’professional knowledge about the complexity of children’s learning and the educational value of environment.To construct such environment balanced between prepared and non-prepared,teachers should first acknowledge the importance of such environment and leave some part of the class environment non-prepared,then trust children’s ability and make them the master of class environment,while constantly adjusting class environment according to children’s development results at the same time.
