| 摘 要： | 为了对陕西省工业企业自主创新能力做出综合评价,以2011年全国31个省区工业企业截面数据为样本,通过综合测度方法构建指标体系,并采用因子分析法,对全国工业企业自主创新能力的指标数据进行定量分析.根据各指标得分和综合得分排名,提出了陕西省工业企业自主创新能力改进建议.

| Abstract: | In order to make a comprehensive evaluation to the innovation of the industrial enterprise in Shaanxi, this paper takes the industrial enterprises of thirty-one provinces as the evaluating sample,with data of year 2011, to construct the measuring system. Based on the factor analysis method, it gives the quantitative analysis of the enterprises of the whole coun- try, and then evaluate on the enterprise innovation capability in Shaanxi province. |
