任务型组织的对比优势及现实价值

摘    要:任务型组织作为一个高度回应性并具有临时性的组织,它所面对的是社会上具有突发性并且影响巨大的事件,组织成员大都临时从传统组织中调配,组织的存在以任务为导向。与常规组织相比,任务型组织在组织结构和管理机制上有一系列的比较优势,这些优势使任务型组织具有存在的现实价值和现实意义,并成为适应社会发展的组织形态。

Abstract:As a temporary organization with high responses, what the task type organization faces is the huge event burst out in the society. The members are transfered mostly from the traditional organization temporarily. The exist of it is in the direction of the task. Compared to the traditional organization, the task type organization has a seris of contrast superiority in the structure and management mechanism. Such superiority enables the task type organization to have realistic existence value and the practical significance, and becomes the organization shape adapted to the development of the society.
