| 摘 要： | 香港高等教育教与学质素核证以共展所长为其理念,在质素核证过程中,以"切合所需"为原则,建立公正公平的机制,依赖相关机构的通力合作,以实现改善高等教育质量的目标。实践表明,这种模式避免了标准统一的外部评估的负效应,实现了评估主体间的良性互动,促进了教育质量的提高。
