| 摘 要： | 三线建设是从20世纪60年代开始，我国在特定的历史背景条件下，在西南、西北所进行的大规模的国防经济建设。它对于巩固和加强国防，改善我国的工业布局，促进经济的长远发展，推动西部地区的繁荣和发展起到了重要的作用，成为新中国经济建设史上的一个奇迹。同时也因其建设规模太大，论证不充分，存在着一些产业结构布局不合理等问题。但暇不掩瑜，三线建设为中华民族的长远利益和社会主义事业的持续发展，建立了不可磨灭的历史功勋。

| Abstract: | Three-line Construction is a large-scale economic construction of national defence started from 1960s under special historical conditions of our country. It played an important role in consolidating and strengthening national defence , improving the industrial distribution of our country, promoting the long-term development of economy and giving impetus to the prosperity and development of west China, for which it is a miracle in the history of Chinese economic construction. However, inadequate proof and its being too broad in scale led to problems such as the unreasonable distribution of industry structure. But its merits outweigh its errors. It has performed immortal exploits for the long-run interests of Chinese nation and the sustainable development of socialism. |
