| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员是大学生健康成长的指导者，是推进大学生心理健康教育工作的重要力量。高校辅导员在学生心理健康辅导工作中的地位日趋显著，这需要高校辅导员在从事这项工作中，既要具备健康的心理素质、敏锐的觉察能力、一定的心理健康知识和心理辅导技巧，还要在心理健康教育工作中掌握新的策略。
