摘    要:合理膳食是人体健康、形体关的基础。在形体锻炼的同时根据自身形体美的要求,科学、合理的制定和调整个人的饮食结构,并在锻炼过程中注意对运动负荷进行自我监督。由于每个人的体质不同,因而对运动量大小的适应能力也有所不同。应根据个体的生理指标及身体各方面的变化,及时调整运动负荷,才能更有效地达到形体锻炼的效果。

Abstract:A balanced diet is very important foundation for health and fitness. To improve fitness,we should have a halanced,scientific diet and be self-disciplined while taking exercise. Because individual body conditions are different and this leads to different adaptation to physical exercise. A suitable sport load should be made according to the change of the body condition so as to gain a more effective result in health and fitness
