摘    要:在一般来讲,隐性知识比显性知识更完善、更能创造价值,隐性知识的挖掘和利用能力,将成为个人和组织成功的关键。对隐性知识在企业内部的转移,其策略有建立限制垄断的机制,关注隐性知识拥有者的需要,建立与完善企业内部知识网络,企业组织的创新,企业文化的创新,建立和完善企业的激励制度等等。

Abstract:Generally speaking,recessive knowledge is more perfect than dominant knowledge and can create more values,so the ability to develop and make use of recessive knowledge has become the key to success for an individual or an organization.Transformation of recessive knowledge inside enterprises includes these strategies such as building of the system restricting monopoly,concern about demand of recessive knowledge owners,building and perfection of knowledge network inside enterprises,innovation of enterprise culture and building and perfection of prompting system.
