| 摘 要： | 义务教育均衡发展是新《义务教育法》修订案的重要目的之一。本研究利用1993-2003年全国教育统计数据对我国城乡义务教育发展差异问题进行了统计分析,以此为依据对我国新《义务教育法》修订案促进城乡义务教育均衡发展的实施效果进行了评价,进而提出了完善我国义务教育相关政策的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The balance development of the compulsory education is the important goal of the revision of the compulsory education law.This article analyses the question about the development difference of the compulsory education between the city and rural on the basis of the national statistical data from 1993 to 2003,on the basis of which this article analyse the effect of revision on the balance development of the compulsory education between the city and rural and points out some advice that adjust some policy about the compulsory in our country. |
