| 摘 要： | ＂校企合作＂是高等职业教育发展的必然选择。高职院校与企业的合作有助于提高教师的教学水平和科研水平,有助于教师了解企业的需求,培养满足市场需求的人才,有助于学校为满足市场需求和经济发展而进行的教学改革,有助于实现教育对象从学生到从业者的＂角色转换＂。我国高职教育校企合作现状较流于表面,校企合作实施过程中存在体制及认知的障碍,校企合作模式可行性的实践方案应该紧密联系企业,建立＂服务外包＂机制,实施＂工学交替＂。

| Abstract: | Work--integrated learning is becoming the mainstream mode of running technical colleges in China in that the college cultivates highly skilled talents in partnerships with businesses. Higher vocational colleges cooperate with enterprises can improve the teachers teaching and the scientific research level, Help teachers know the needs of the enterprises, Help the school to meet the market demand and the economic development of teaching reform. The paper analyzes the existing school-enterprise cooperation mode： According to the experience of applying we prompt a set of implementation scheme. |
