| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治教育工作者是代表着国家意志的实践主体。分析了思想政治教育实践主体的特定内涵．指出了实践主体的主体性是多元并存的主体性发挥作用，主要由思想政治理论课教师和学生思想政治管理人员组成。认为激发主体意识、提升主体素质是增强思想政治教育实践主体有效性的根本途径。
