| 摘 要： | 要想取得考试改革的成功,就先得将选拔性考试的功能从教学性考试中剥离出去,而电大的开放教育实际上已经实现了这种剥离,从而具备了改革的必要条件和基础,因而电大人责无旁贷,必须肩负起改革的使命;而考试改革的首要原则,就是必须在学习评价模式的设计中坚持“自主学习“的正面导向,其精髓就体现在可以让学习者在多种考试形式中自行选择的机制当中;而要想构筑起多形式的宏大的学习评价体系,就必须从具体的考试模式设计入手,这就给了命题者以真正的考验;为了说明考试改革的概念,特提出一种“概念模式“的设计方案,以求取得抛砖引玉的效果.

| Abstract: | To achieve the success of test reform, we should separate the proficiency test from the achievement test. Open education of TVU actually realizes this separation,which produces the necessary conditions for the reform. Therefore, the TVU has no choice but to accept the mission of reform. The leading principle of the reform is to stick to the guidance of self-autonomous study in the design of learning evaluation mode,whose core spirit is embodied in the system in which the students have free and independent choice from several exam systems. If this learning evaluation system is wanted, we should start form the exam mode design, which provides a true test to the designers. In order to expound the concept of test reform, this article promotes particularly the "concept mode", aiming to inspire more ideas. |
