| 摘 要： | 体育产业己成为21世纪最具前景的新兴产业,逐渐成为国民经济中的一个新的经济增长点,发展市场经济的同时,仍需政府介入在相应领域发挥作用.研究表明:强化政府介入体育产业的发展,加强体育产业的管理职能,不仅是可行的,而且是必要的.政府介入主要精力切实转向创建公平、稳定、透明的政策环境,给投资者以稳定的预期,维护市场经济秩序,提供公共产品和高效服务及法律保障,为体育产业的发展和经济增长提供条件,弥补市场失灵,保证体育产业可持续发展.
