| 摘 要： | 十七届四中全会上,以胡锦涛为总书记的第四代中央领导再次高度强调要居安思危,增强忧患意识,常怀忧党之心、恪尽兴党之责。作为新时期党中央对全体党员的基本要求和时代号召,中国共产党人的忧患意识具有八大主要内涵,是马克思主义历史唯物观和唯物辨证法与中国实际相结合的思想产物,是党的第四代领导的集体智慧结晶,是中华民族优秀传统文化中忧患思想的继承发展,是回应中国特色社会主义建设道路中现实问题和时代诉求的科学概要,具有重大而又深远的当代价值。
