新世纪日本教育的改革与发展特点

摘    要:新世纪日本教育改革更加注重学生的个性和能力,重视"社会化"和"国际化"的内容,更重视"选择"和多样性,并不断地推进教务公开和评价改革.教育界和教师对政府正在推进的基础教育改革、大学法人化改革褒贬不一,日本教育改革充分吸纳民间有识之士的意见,正逐步走向成熟.日本教育的改革发展,将逐步取消政府统一管制,试行地方"分权",明确学校职能,公开教务和政务及信息,废除学生学习内容"上限",实施和完善大学法人化改革等,以实现人的健康、和谐、自由、全面发展.

Abstract:Japanese education reform in the new century pays more attention to students' personality and ability,emphasizes socialization and internationalization of its content and focuses on the diversity of its choice.In addition,it makes continuous efforts to promote the openness of education affairs and evaluation reform.People in the Japanese education field and Japanese teachers hold both negative and positive views on its primary education reform and transforming universities to be juridical persons.Japanese education reform adopts ideas widely and is becoming mature.It cancels government unified administration gradually and carries out regional division of powers,opens education affairs and administrative information,abolishes the upper limit of learning contents and implements reforms of regarding universities as juridical persons so as to make the education develop healthily,harmoniously,freely and completely.
