| 摘 要： | 本对科学素质教育的内涵进行了界定，指出它是由科学知识、科学方法、科学能力、科学精神等组成的有机整体，在此基础上进一步阐述了当前对科大学生进行科学素质教育的意义和重要的任务，最后，从加强宏观管理、课程设置、实行主辅修制、举办科学知识讲座和建立科学教育基地等方面提出科大学生科学素质教育的实施意见。

| Abstract: | The scientific quality is defined in the article. It is important part of personal quality. As the whole body, the scientific quality includes scientific knowledge, scientific method, and scientific capacity, scientific spirit organically. On the basis of scientific quality definition, the writer expounds the meaning of scientific quality education, and the task of carrying out scientific quality education, especially to the liberal arts students. At last, from the aspects of education system, course offered, scientific knowledge lectures and scientific education basement, and elastic examination system, the writer give some proposals of scientific quality education. |
