| Abstract: | Network of the 20th century is a hi-tech product,and its emergence brought about profound changes for human society.The rapid development of Network technology brought about changes to the development of the universt and college journal.University journals is different from other newspapers and magazines,which has its own characteristics,as the academic journals college journal is the product of development of science and technology and it is the Garden of academic exchanges,discussion of new theories and mechods and dissemination of new knowledge and technology;Is a reflection of the colleges and universities teaching and research.This article discussed some guestions about the effect of Network technology on the journal editorial editorialwork. |
