| 摘 要： | 龙狮运动有着悠久的历史渊源和广泛的群众基础,具有较强的健身性、观赏性、娱乐性和竞技性。社区体育是我国体育事业的重要组成部分,直接关系到占全国人口绝大多数成年人的身心健康、体格健美与幸福生活指数。加速高校龙狮运动发展就必须加速其社会化进程,让龙狮运动进入社区。调查显示,江苏省社区体育中鲜有龙狮运动的身影,本文从普及全民健身的角度,对我国城市社区体育的现状及存在的问题进行分析,论述了高校龙狮运动与社区体育互动发展是必要可行的。认为二者能够取长补短、优势互补,实现"双赢"局面,并提出了将高校龙狮运动与社区体育有机结合的新思路。

| Abstract: | Dragon and lion dance movement has a long history and a broad mass base , with a strong fitness , orna-mental, recreational and athletic.Community Sports is an important part of China ’s sports undertakings, directly related to the accounting for the vast majority of the country ’ s population of adult physical and mental health , physical fitness and well -being of living index .The accelerated college dragon and lion dance sports develop-ment, we must accelerate the process of socialization , dragon and lion dance movement into the community .Sur-vey shows that dragon and lion dance sports community sports in Jiangsu province little figure , from the point of view of universal health situation and existing problems of urban community sports analysis , discusses the universi-ty dragon and lion dance sports and community sports necessary and feasible .That both can learn from each other , complementary advantages , to achieve a “win-win”situation, and the organic integration of new ideas for college dragon and lion dance sports and community sports . |
