| 摘 要： | 民族传统体育是一种民族或地域所共有的健身、文化、精神的统一,没有巨大差别的运动方式。在十七届六中全会中曾提出继承、传承、发扬我国传统文化。我国武术不仅是一种民族传统体育还是优秀的传统文化之一。本文通过对中小学老师和学生的沟通了解进行分析,发现中小学武术开设课程不足,缺少文化精髓。本文试对中小学的武术发展提出建设性意见,为民族传统体育武术这一优秀的传统文化进入中小学课堂提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | National traditional sports are a national or territorial fitness , culture and spirit , a sports without a big difference .It presents that we must carry on and develops our traditional culture .Wushu is not only a national and traditional sport but also one of excellent traditional cultures .This paper analyzes through communication with middle and primary schools＇students, found in primary and secondary schools on the insufficient understanding , tries to offer a proposal about a martial art＇s development and provide a theory to further Wushu walking into middle and primary schools . |
