| 摘 要： | 社会体育指导员职业化是市场模式下运行的必然结果,也是我国社会、经济、体育发展到一定阶段的产物。本文叙述了职业社会体育指导员的内涵,论证了社会体育指导员职业化的必要性与可行性,同时运用文献资料、归纳演绎等方法,对职业社会体育指导员必然要求社会体育指导员培养职业化的逻辑分析,并提出培养途径。

| Abstract: | Social sports instructor professionalization is the inevitable result of the market mode,and also is our society,economy,sports development to a certain stage of the product.This paper describes the connotation of occupation of the social sports instructors,and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the occupation of social sports instructors.By using the method of literature review and induction,the necessary of social sports instructors training occupation is analyzed and training way is put forward. |
