| 摘 要： | 多球训练法是从羽毛球专业训练实践中总结出来的一种行之有效的训练方法。在高校羽毛球课程教学中,应注意发挥多球训练法的优点,注意规避多球训练法的缺陷。在具体运用方面,注意对学生辅助者的培养,注意循序渐进原则的应用。

| Abstract: | Multi-ball training method is an effective training method evolved from professional training .College badminton teaching should pay attention to exert the advantages of multi -ball practice , and avoid the disadvantages of multi-ball practice .In terms of the specific application , training assisted students and applied the principle of gradual and orderly progress should be cared . |
