| 摘 要： | 通识课程通过以人文性的教育理念,开设体育健康教育与体育文化欣赏教育内容,从公共体育或通识教育的维度,积极开发培育大学生的终身体育意识和体育健康理念的意义。根据实践经验与相关研究认为,开展体育艺术、体育美学与体育人文教育教学,是推动体育健康与体育文化欣赏教育的一条有着高效率的路径,为培养身心健康全面发展的大学生做出了切实性的努力。

| Abstract: | General education through the humanities education idea,set up the sports health education and physical culture education content,from the public sports or general education dimension,actively develop the con-sciousness and physical health concept of lifelong physical training students’meaning.According to the related research experience,sports art,sports aesthetics and the sports humanities education is effective way to promote the physical health and physical culture education,and make practical efforts to cultivate all-round development of college students’mental health. |
