摘    要:在高中田径必修短跑教学中,除常规的技术教学外,可根据学生特点和教学的要求,以人体循环系统的特点为理论指导,设计若干练习点,按顺序、按规定时间和次数,循环往复地进行练习发展力量素质。实践证明,采用循环练习有利于提高课堂教学的有效性,克服教与学的枯燥,增添练习的乐趣,激发练习的积极性,能有效地发展学生的力量素质和短跑能力,提高短跑运动成绩。

Abstract:In the high school compulsory dash technology teaching , in addition to the conventional teaching , ac-cording to the characteristics of students and the teaching requirements , to the characteristics of the human circu-latory system as the theoretical guidance , the design of exercises , in order, according to the prescribed time and times, move in circles by training development strength quality .It proved that the circulation exercises improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching , overcome boring teaching and learning practice , add the fun, arouse the enthusiasm of the practice ability , strength training can effectively develop students and sprint , improve sprint performance .
