| 摘 要： | 有氧舞蹈作为一种新兴的健身项目在全球风靡开来,在我国也得到了大力的推广。为了让更多的人了解、认识和热爱有氧舞蹈,本文在此对有氧舞蹈的特点和功能进行了研究和讨论。研究表明:有氧舞蹈除了具备传统健美操的特点和功能外,还具有动作风格多样、音乐曲风鲜明、突出艺术表演性、具有较强观赏性、个性鲜明、针对性强等特点;提高人的艺术修养,培养创造力、表现力等功能。

| Abstract: | As a new kind of fitness programs,aerobic dance is popular around the world,and it has been vigorously promoted in China.In order to let more people know and understand and love aerobics,this paper studied and discussed the features and functions of aerobic dancing.The result shows that in addition to traditionalaerobics features and functions,it also varied and distinctive musical genre,highlighting the performativity arts,with a strong ornamental,distinctive,targeted,and other characteristics;improve people’s artistic accomplishments foster creativity,expression and other functions. |
