| 摘 要： | 为促进全国青少年校园足球的持续健康发展,运用文献资料法、数理统计法等,对活动的发展进行了概述,并对发展中面临的问题及其原因进行了分析。本文认为,校园足球在发展过程中面临的问题主要有试点城市教育部门与体育部门很难形成合力、活动发展的区域性差异日益明显、校园足球发展的固有制约因素不能有效解决,其原因主要为管理缺失、执行不力、出路不畅、活动理念的宣传与推广收效甚微、各影响因素间相互制衡等。在此基础上,提出以下建议:完善管理、监督、评价机制,狠抓落实;多途径成才,以学生发展为本;多渠道宣传,转变传统观念;多方式培养和激励,提高教练员的执教水平和积极性;理清关系、加强科研,提高解决问题的针对性。

| Abstract: | In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the national youth campus football , through using the method of literature review , mathematical statistics and interview , this paper makes summary on football development and analyzes the problems in the football development and reasons .The result shows that the problems in the development of the campus football mainly including the pilot city department of education and sports department is difficult to form resultant force , the increasing activity of the development of the regional differences , can effectively solve the inherent factors of campus football development , the main reason for the lack of management , weak enforcement , way not free , the publicity and promotion activities concept to little effect , checks and balances between various influencing factors , etc.On this basis, this paper puts forward the following suggestions：improve the management, supervision, evaluation mechanism, vigorously promotes the implementation;more ways to success , based on students＇development;multi-channel propaganda , change the traditional ideas;multimode training and incentives , and improve the teaching level of coaches and motivation;clear relationship , strengthening scientific research and improve the targeted to solve the problem . |
