摘    要:运动引起的骨骼肌超微结构损伤是运动科学领域研究的重点和难点。本文通过文献资料法对运动导致的骨骼肌超微结构损伤进行综述,主要论述了超微结构损伤的评价指标及恢复手段。以期提高体育运动参加者对体育运动的认识,并为以后的实验研究做理论准备。

Abstract:Exercise induced muscle injury is a hot and hard point of sports science research .This paper summari-zes the effect of exercise induced muscle micro -injury.The estimate methods and the recover means of EIMI are two principal aspects in the paper .Across this paper , we hope to improve the recognition of exercise science and in the course of writing we established the fundament for the subsequent experiment .
