| 摘 要： | 以手性技术为中心、以光学纯药物的应用、研制、生产作主线总结了目前手性药物产业的现状和发展趋势，重点阐述了手性药物的设计研制、有效成分筛选、工艺开发和商用推广等过程的特点、经验教训及注意事项等．采用列图表，举例子，相比较的方法，从手性药物结构的复杂性、研发过程、广阔的应用前景等方面，说明了手性技术在药物工业中的重要性和发展前景．
