| Abstract: | The traditional inspiration teaching method is that teachers follow cognitive rules and conduct students to think actively and develop their intelligence according to their actual conditions.However, the future inspiration teaching method is not only the inspiration of knowledge and skills,but also the inspiration of "training and cultivating the talents". Nowadays, with the development of P. E teaching methods and quality, it is of great significance to inherit traditional excellent teaching thoughts and methods and innovate them. |
