| 摘 要： | 无效婚姻制度是结婚制度的重要组成部分 ,也是大陆新婚姻法首次规定的制度。本文作者主要从确认婚姻无效的理由和无效婚姻的处置上对海峡两岸的无效婚姻制度作了比较 ,意在两岸相互借鉴各自立法的优点 ,相互取长补短 ,从而进一步完善两岸的婚姻家庭法规。

| Abstract: | The invalid marriage plays an important role in the marriage system and is promulgated in the New Marriage Law of MainLand for the first time. The author compares the systems of invalid marriage between the two sides of Taiwan Strait in two aspects:the reason for confirming the invalidity of marriage and the legitimate procedure of this kind of marriage in order to make the two sides learn the merit of legislation from each other and make complete their law and regulations. |
