| 摘 要： | 地方政府干预经济是区域经济协调发展的主要制约因素,造成的主要问题有:地方割据、产业同构与恶性竞争、区域公共服务缺失。地方政府干预经济的原因是追求地区经济效益的最大化,这导致了地方经济竞争的失衡。因此,为规避地方政府干预地方经济行为,应从制度、政府、企业等方面采取措施,促进区域经济协调发展。
