| Abstract: | The ways and the means of tapping potentials of authors are discussed from following aspects: transfer and exchange of information, selection of tapping authors, topic selection , scientific research design, management of articles, following work after publishing articles, and so on.The author holds that editors can and ought to tap potentials of authors, which can put a bridge between editors and authors, and will benefit sci-tech periodicals, authors, and the society. = |
