| 摘 要： | 自１９９４年开始，仙居县人民医院地肝癌切除后常规置肝动脉系，门静脉系ＤＤＳ泵进行双插管化疗，术后半年，１年和２年夏发率分别为３．８％（１／２６），１５．３％（４／２６）和６１．５％（１６／２６），术后半年，１年和２年生存率分别为１００％（２６／２６）９２．３％（２４／２６）和６９．２％（１８／２６），结果表明，术后双插管介入治疗对延缓肝癌复发，提高生存率有一定的作用。

| Abstract: | Since 1994,DDS pump has
been applied on the postoperative liver cancer patients as a routine indewelling
catheter.The recurrence rates at the half year,one year and two year postoperatively were
3.8%(1/26),15.3%(4/26) and 61.5%(16/26),while their survival rates were
100%(26/26),92.3%(24/26)and 69.2%(18/26) respectively.The result showed that the
double-catheterization lntervention therapy played an important role in postponing the
cancer recurrence and improving the survival rates. |
