| 摘 要： | 政治宽容的理念实际包含两种形式即消极宽容和积极宽容。消极宽容是被动地自制或容忍,而积极宽容则是热情、尊重、积极肯定。两种宽容在价值基础、目标、手段上有很大差异,但也是相互关涉、互为支撑的。

| Abstract: | A political tolerance contains two kinds of forms ： the negative toleration and the positive toleration. The nega- tive toleration means passive self-restraint or toleration. And the positive toleration means zest. esteem or positive evaluation. There is very great difference on value basis, aim and means, but relating and supporting to each other, for the two kinds of toleration. |
