| 摘 要： | 水是生命之源,水与人类社会的发展息息相关.它不仅给予人类生活的物质基础,更重要的是人类的思想、智慧在很多方面都受之启发.运用文献资料法、专家访谈法,对太极拳的文化与水文化的渊源进行梳理.结论认为:太极拳的外形与内涵和水有着相形相近的特点;太极拳的变化特点与水的特形有着不可或缺的联系;太极拳的技击指导原则就是水之道的现实写照. |

| Abstract: | Shui (water ) is the basis of life. It is closely related to t he development of t he human soci2 ety , which not only provides essence for t he human life. More important ly , it enlightens t he people ’s t hought s and wisdom. In this paper , the origins of Taiji and shui cult ure are summarized. It is conclu2 ded that t he form and content of Taiji is similar to t hat of shui . The characteristics of Taiji changes are similar to t hose of t he intangibility of shui . The Taoism of shui can be used as t he principle of guiding t he Taiji techniques. |
