基于复杂性科学的企业创新机理研究

摘    要:创新是知识、经济与社会等多种因素交互作用的复杂动力过程,是一种复杂非线性系统。基于复杂科学管理的理论,通过分析企业创新的复杂性,运用复杂科学管理理论阐释了企业创新机理,认为:随机涨落是创新的诱因、自组织“双环”学习是创新的前提条件、正规系统与影子系统交互作用是创新的根本机制、新资源整合是提高创新能力的重要途径。

Abstract:The combination of complexity science with management is the important aspect of development of complexity science, and is becoming a new research issue in the domain of interdisciplinary subjects. Innovation is a complex dynamic process of the interaction between the factors of the knowledge, economy and society, and is a complex non-linear system. Based on the introduction to the theory of complexity science management, the paper analyzes the complexity of enterprise innovation and expatiates on the mechanism of enterprise innovation by using the theory of complexity science management. It deems that the stotingchastic fluctuation is a motive for innovation, and the self-organization double loop learning is prerequisite for innovation, and the interaction of legitimacy system and shadow system is the fundamental mechanism of innovation, the integration of the new resources is a key way to enhance the innovation ability.
