| 摘 要： | 通过综合分析法,分析了观察力的概念和特殊作用,针对排球运动员的特点和发展规律,提出排球运动员的观察力主要解决扩大视野范围,提高环视能力和视觉反应,并针对性地提出了提高排球运动员观察力的训练方法以及注意事项.

| Abstract: | The essay analyses the concept and the special effect of observation ability by using synthetical analysis. In accordance with the characteristic and the law of development, the essay advances that the observation ability mainly deals with enlarging the range of vision and improving the ability of looking around and reaction of vision,and bring forward the training method and points for attention of volleyball plays' observation ability. |
