| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计等方法，对安徽省优秀教练员的年龄结构分布状况进行研究，从中找出教练员成才年龄区的一般规律，并对有关部门今后科学选拔、培养和使用教练员提出了具体建议。
