| 摘 要： | 体育教师职业形象是体育教师教育研究中一个上位的、具有综合性的研究课题。由于特殊的历史文化环境和体育教师职业形象专门研究的不足,体育教师职业形象存在认识上的模糊性和片面性,这将严重制约体育教师职业形象的合理化建构和体育教师专业化发展。基于目前学校体育改革中体育教师的职业发展水平和职业状态,试图对体育教师职业形象的内涵、构成要素及其如何塑造稍作探析与勾画,旨在为体育教师职业形象塑造提供有益的参考与借鉴。
